Caught filleted and skinned at Sea and shipped direct to our suppliers from the North east Coast of England. The supplier exclusively uses only 3 specific trawlers to ensure consistently good quality supplies.
Our Potatoes are produced locally and hand pealed and Chipped by our own Staff. Also available real Mushy Peas.
